Done is not a sentence: it is an object the code mints only after evidence passes its postconditions. The narration comes after, describing a mint that already happened, and a claim with no artifact has no path to it. · full diagram →

A guard reads what she says after she says it and asks whether it’s true. The stronger design never lets the lie be sayable: “done” isn’t a sentence she produces, it’s an object code mints only after real evidence, the file, the render, the passing checks, clears a postcondition. Her narration comes afterward, describing a receipt already in her hand.

A fabricated completion isn’t caught, it’s unmintable: with no artifact there is no path to “done” for the claim to travel. The diagram also marks where the trick gets hard, prose, a file whose contents can be invented, and the verbatim snippet a written deliverable would have to carry to mint at all.
