The wake-word loop
How a spoken conversation runs: her name wakes her, one utterance is captured and transcribed, it becomes an ordinary chat turn, and she answers aloud, with a short window to keep going.
Saying "hey Alix" opens a listening window; a single utterance is captured, transcribed, and run through the same chat path as a typed message, then spoken back into the room. For a few seconds after she replies you can keep talking without saying her name again. A chime marks every open and close, and if she heard nothing usable, she stays silent.
